Nike SB Blazer ‘Low End Theory’

Nike SB has released styles upon styles upon styles of the Blazer but uh-pardon-us-uh as we come back to a theme executed on the Air Jordan 1 High Strap a couple years ago.  The Nike SB Blazer ‘Low End Theory’ offers its own take on A Tribe Called Quest’s seminal 1991 release, applying the cover art’s streaky motif to a tonal black design that gives way to bright red and green accents.  So the obvious question would be a comparison between these and the AJ1 High Strap, but that’s probably like comparing their inspiration to Midnight Marauders — each has its own supporters but the old school flavor is undeniably on point for both.  Click through to get a better look, let us know your opinion and stick with Sneaker News for the Low End Theory Blazer SB release date.  via N-SB

Salehe Black – New York Knicks Prints | Amare | Ewing | Starks

Salehe, who goes by the name Salehe Black, created moments frozen in time of the storied basketball team, from Ewing’s reaction after the 1994 Eastern Conference Finals, John Starks soaring above Michael Jordan for an impossible dunk, to the recent addition of Amare Stoudemire.

Nike Air Max 90 – Limited Edition Air Collection

Eating greens is painful, but going green is painless, especially when it looks like this. Nike recently dropped their Air Max 90 Limited Edition Air Collection which has a denim-esque grey canvas upper with black accents. The shoes, which are said to look even better in person, are “considered” which means they were made using environmentally safe practices. Pick them up now at most Nike retailers and online.

Apple iPhone Telephoto Lens – 8X Zoom

This little add-on peaked my interests when it appeared on a web-based Japanese infomercial a few months ago (think of a Japanese version of pitchman Anthony Sullivan). To my disappointments, the item wasn’t available for international shipping. Now thanks to online store Photojojo, the Telephoto Lens for Apple iPhone is finally here. Comes with a hard protective case for the phone, simply twist on the telephoto lens with a 8X zoom. A foldaway tripod for those delicate long distance shots or a D.I.Y. mini movie staring yourself.  A great gift for anyone to explore their inner Scorsese or Leibovitz.
